Everything you need to know about preparing for and attending Boğaziçi University Sports Fest.
1. What is the maximum number of participants for each university and team?
There is no limit on the number of participants per university, so you are welcome to apply to Sports Fest with all of your teams. However, due to limited quotas, only one team per branch for team sports will be accepted during the initial phase.
2. What is the best date to come and leave İstanbul?
If you purchase one of our accommodation packages, the accommodation we provide covers the 3 nights of the festival. Therefore, it is best to plan your visit around these dates. However, you are welcome to arrive earlier or leave later. In that case, please contact our team with your arrival and departure dates so we can help you arrange accommodation for those extra nights.
3. How is it possible to contact with the organisation team?
You can easily contact with Sports Fest team about any issue by sending an email to info@bogazicisportsfest.com. We will be glad to answer any questions and provide you information you need.
4. Is it going to be any guidance for us in Istanbul?
Head guides will be assigned to each university team before the Sports Fest begins. They will be ready to pick you up at the airport holding a sign with your university's name and will accompany you throughout the festival.
5. Who can participate in Sports Fest?
Sports Fest is open to university athletes who are over 18 years of age. In addition to current university teams, alumni teams are also welcome to participate in the tournaments.
